We offer 6, 12 and 18 month interest deferred financing options for customers that qualify. Minimum purchase required. See store for details.

Layaway
We offer layaway of in stock items for a period of 6 months. Items on layaway must be paid for by the end of the 6 months or incur a storage fee of $15 per each additional month. Layaways that are cancelled will have all deposits refunded less a $25 processing fee.

Delivery Area
Local delivery services are available throughout the Ann Arbor area - charges are based on distance. Minimum delivery charge: $10 Mattress and Furniture deliveries include set-up and removal of packaging and old bedding/furniture if requested.

Delivery Policy

After your purchase we will set up a day and time period that is convenient for you.
Unfinished Wood Furniture will confirm the delivery time period the day prior to the delivery. Every effort will be made to arrive within the time period. If we are unable to make the time period we will contact you immediately to inform you of any delays.
Set-up and removal of all packaging and old bedding/furniture is included in our delivery cost.
Delivery personnel are prohibited from re-locating your existing furniture or household items or setting up furniture pieces not purchased from Unfinished Wood Furniture.
If we need to run out to your house a second time to swap an item, unless it is our fault, then a second delivery charge may apply. Most common is changing from a high profile to a low profile foundation because the mattress set sits to high.
Unfinished Wood Furniture assumes no liability for inadequate delivery access.

Return Policy
Items may be returned for a full refund so long as:

The item is in the same condition as it was when it was purchased.
No more than 30 days has elapsed from the date of purchase.

The following items are non-refundable:

Special orders
Custom finishing
Modified pieces
Mattresses - Unless they come with an in-home trial period.
Adjustable Bases, Pillows and all other bedding items that have been removed from their packaging.

Warranty Claims
All mattress and furniture warranties are provided by the specific manufacturer and not Unfinished Wood Furniture. However, we will be glad to help you with any warranty claim to make the process as easy as possible.
All warranties cover defects in workmanship, but do not cover abuse, normal wear and tear or comfort. Every manufacturer defines the parameters of their specific warranty differently and Unfinished Wood Furniture only abides by and upholds their policies. No manufacturer covers delivery or inspection costs. That is the customer's responsibility.
Each manufacturer has different criteria concerning what constitutes a warranty issue and how they will respond. It is our desire to assist you in expediting your claim if it qualifies under the terms and conditions of your particular manufacturer.
If after reading the manufacturers warranty policies you believe that your problem qualifies for warranty service contact us at Unfinished Wood Furniture and we will assist you with the proper handling of the warranty procedures.
Please note that the manufacturer does not cover transportation costs to and from the manufacturer.
